Severe weather returns to the Northeast, bringing heavy rain to an already flood-ravaged area

AccuWeather’s expert meteorologists warn businesses about severe weather that will return to the Northeast and last into early next week. The additional rainfall from several rounds of storms in the flood-ravaged area could cause life-threatening flooding through Tuesday.
