This Nor’easter will be the second major storm in a week to slam the same area. Some communities in the path of the system are still dealing with the impacts of the previous winter storm. This will be heavy wet snow, combined with gusty winds. Nor’easters can devastate businesses mainly because heavy snow can last several days and cause power outages and road closures. Other areas can see coastal flooding.
