Senior Director of Business Development
Mical Davis came to AccuWeather from Amazon, where he acted as Station Leader for a successful Delivery Station serving both Illinois and Missouri. During his time at Amazon, he was recognized with several performance and cost improvement achievements from several local stations. Before Amazon, his career spanned working with healthcare companies such as Centene and Mercy Healthcare and technology companies such as Dell and Hewlett-Packard.
While at Amazon, Mical was the Station Leader for the site, which was destroyed by a direct hit from an EF3 tornado in December 2022. He was onsite after the incident and remained on site for days afterward to assist with emergency services efforts.
In addition, while at Mercy Healthcare, he was part of the rapid response team after an EF-5 tornado destroyed much of the town of Joplin, MO, along with Mercy Hospital. Mical led the effort to completely rebuild and have fully operational all Ambulatory services and transition from MASH tents to modified FEMA trailers in a matter of weeks.
Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Management Systems
Susan Roche Hendrix is the Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Management Systems (EHSQ) for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and is based in Greenwood, SC. She is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an integrated environmental, safety, health and quality management system for all Fujifilm locations in North America.
Mrs. Hendrix has over 38 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and has been with Fujifilm since 1991. Throughout her career, in roles in Quality, Operations, Engineering and EHSQ, she has led efforts in continual improvement by understanding risk and implementing systems and controls to protect Fujifilm associates, the environment, the community, and the product. She adopts the perspective that it is important to learn when things go wrong and that often it is equally important to learn when things go well, and she teaches this perspective and approach across multiple levels of the organization.
